Your business, at the most distinguished address in downtown Lake Elsinore.
A virtual office gives your business a real, physical address and a place to meet, without committing to a room you would leave empty most of the week.

Built in 1887 as the Crescent Bath House and later listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Crescent House is one of Lake Elsinore's original buildings. Locals do not need directions to it. They grew up walking past it.
For a business trying to look established in this valley, that is not a small thing.
Consultants, contractors, agents, working professionals, freelancers, and new LLCs that need a credible address today and a real office maybe next year. Start with the address. Grow into the building when you are ready.
A full day in the building whenever you need it. No membership required.
The virtual office plan.
Everything in Tradition, plus your own room.
Everything in Tradition, with double the private time.
Monthly pricing is quoted on request. Contact us and we will walk you through the plan that fits.
Every plan includes ultrafast wifi, coffee and water, printer, fax, copy, and scanner access, and an invitation to member events and workshops.
Building access runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, with weekend access depending on the events calendar. Reserved hours reset on the first of the month and do not roll over. Without a membership, any room can still be booked by the hour, half day, or full day.
Clients can look it up, drive past it, and walk in. That is a different thing entirely from a mailbox in a strip mall.
Start with the address. Add a desk, then a meeting room when you need one, without ever changing your business address or reprinting a thing.
In the heart of the historic district, walkable to lunch, with downtown parking for the days you come in and a private lot across the street coming soon.
Everything runs through the same people who run the building. No call center, no ticket number.
The address works as a professional business address at 201 W. Graham Avenue, and many members use it that way on cards, websites, listings, and correspondence. It is a real building in downtown Lake Elsinore that people here already recognize, which is rather the point of it. If you also need registered agent service for state filings, ask when you inquire and we will confirm the details for your situation, since what is required varies by entity type and by what your filing actually calls for.
Mail and packages are received on your behalf and held securely on site for pickup, Monday through Friday. We do not forward, scan, or open mail. Every virtual office plan includes a dedicated mailbox, so your items are not sitting in a shared pile, and building access runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm for collection. If you are expecting something that matters, a signed delivery or a time sensitive filing, let us know and we will watch for it rather than leaving it to chance.
Yes. Every plan includes open seating in the shared rooms with no reservation needed, which covers a coffee and a conversation. Private meeting rooms book at an additional charge when you need a door that closes, and the Legacy and Heritage plans include reserved hours each month for exactly that. Not a member? Any room can still be booked by the hour, half day, or full day, starting at $75 an hour for The Ferris Suite. Meeting somewhere with this much character tends to make an impression.
A Day Pass is $50 and needs no membership, which is the simplest way to try the building. Monthly plans are quoted on request, because what you pay depends on how much semi-private suite time you actually need. Tradition covers the address, a dedicated mailbox, and unlimited open seating. Legacy adds a semi-private 10 by 10 suite with up to 40 hours a month, and Heritage doubles that to 80. Reserved hours reset on the first of the month and do not roll over. Contact us for current monthly pricing.
Yes, and your address never changes. Move from a virtual plan to a desk, and add the semi-private suite that comes with Legacy or Heritage when you need time behind a door, all inside the same building, without reprinting a card, updating a listing, or telling anyone you have moved. That is the idea behind starting here: one landlord, one call, and a business address that stays put while the business around it grows. Building access runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. See Workspace & Offices for what is available now.
Tell us a little about your business and we'll come back with what a plan here would look like.
Accessibility. The Crescent House was built in 1887 and the building reflects that. The Graham Avenue entrance has steps, with a ramp to one side that also reaches the front door. There is a step-free way in at the rear as well, from the parking on site. There is no elevator, so the second floor is reached by stairs. If step-free access matters for your visit, please call us before you book so we can go over the entrances and rooms with you.
